RECETA EN INGLÉS

Salmorejo


Ingredients:

- 1 kg tomatoes
- 200 gr. Bread.
- Olive oil
- Clove of garlic or some paprika

Preparation:

1-. Take some pieces of bread from the previous day day mix whit olive oil using the food mixer to soak up the bread.

2-. Peel the tomatoes into small pieces and put them into the mixer. Add some clove of garlic or some paprika.

3-. Blend everything whit the mixer to become liquid and it is ready.


                                          To serve
